Jazz & Improvisation is a magazine article for the Tempo magazine. The NME (New Musical Express) wanted me to design a a magazine article with unique type mockups and sourced imagery that celebrated the aesthetics of music. The art direction for this project was inspiration by the early days of Jazz and influenced by art deco movement. Black & white photography and color was the main tone of voice for this magazine, paying homage to Jazz in the 1920’s.
