Patina Tequila is a small batch distrillery based on a writer and a painter who started handmaking tequila on copper pot still on the back deck of their house. For this project I had to produce a brand concept and then design the brand identity for my chosen concept.

Patina is a thin layer of film that forms on metal alloys, or certain stones and wooden furniture, through age and exposure. Like the copper pot, alcohol can age as well, which is what influenced the concept for the project.
